Hi. I'm Will Scoles and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I'm here to help you through challenges which may prevent you from living a happy and fulfilling life. I work with people experiencing depression and anxiety, workplace issues and those who want to talk about short or long-term challenges in life. It has been an honor to spend over thirty years in the counseling profession serving a wide variety of clients. I love guiding people toward positive changes and witnessing them achieve more fulfilling lives. I am committed to helping you make progress toward your goals.I have a natural ability to help you feel safe and comfortable in the therapeutic environment. Our sessions will provide you with a private non-judgmental space to be heard and understood. Sometimes we experience negative thoughts which trick us into false perceptions of ourselves and the world around us. I use evidence based, cognitive behavioral techniques that allow you to identify and gain control of uncomfortable thoughts which may negatively affect your emotions and behavior. Sometimes small steps in the right direction end up being the best way to feel less depressed or anxious. By learning to trust your ability to think clearly and change, it is possible for you to better enjoy life. I believe you deserve to feel better, and therapy works best when both of us are committed.
