Dr. Sharon Grossman is a licensed psychologist with over 15 years experience providing therapy. She uses evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotion Freedom Technique (EFT) to help increase insight and empower clients to change. Dr. Grossman has experience working with individuals, couples, and families on work-life balance including relationships, stress, depression, and anxiety.
