As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2017, I've had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. My goal is to help you navigate life's challenges and find your path to a healthier, happier you. I embarked on the journey of becoming a mental health provider because I firmly believe that our mental well-being is the cornerstone of a fulfilling life. I'm currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Sexuality from the California Institute of Integral Studies, diving into the complexities of human sexual experiences. This education and training allows me to offer specialized support in areas like sex therapy. I also specialize in anxiety, trauma, and racial/cultural identity.
