Over the past decade, I've witnessed remarkable transformations and facilitated healing and growth in my clients. My specialization lies in providing therapy for adults grappling with a range of challenges, including anxiety disorders, eating disorders, depression, and ADHD. My therapeutic approach is adaptable, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. This includes offering both short-term, solution-focused therapy and longer-term cognitive behavior therapy.
