Professional Statement

I practice Integrative Psychology, which means that I recognize the significance of mind, body, and spirit in each person’s mental health and well-being. My goal is to listen and understand your issues and offer tools to support you in identifying feelings, identify beliefs contributing to the problem and support you in seeing new possibilities to move forward in achieving your goals. During this process I will support you in identifying underlying needs and help you look at options to get your needs met. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families for over 30 years and bring life experience and wisdom in addition to many mind-body and cognitive skills. I have done my own personal work, consequently, understand the territory of how to make changes. I am trained in transformational, Medical and Ericksonian hypnotherapy as well as NLP, Bioenergetics, Cognitive reframing, and transactional analysis.
