My approach to therapy is to assist people to find their own essential wisdom to change their internal narrative in their life. I feel honored to be a witness to reflect and facilitate individual transformation. I am trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Attachment focused- EMDR. Eye Movement, Desensitization, Reprocessing. Attachment focused- EMDR is an effective relational modality to reprocess old negative memories/trauma and come to embody a positive more functional narrative and felt sense around the experiences. I believe we all have an innate natural drive to heal and we can use mindfulness to navigate your patterns of behavior and thinking with a healthier rational focus. I welcome you to begin to get to know yourself on a deeper level and see the world from a resourced perspective.
