Dr. Rob Riddell is a warm and active therapist who helps individuals and couples facing difficult relationship problems, depression, stress, anxiety, medical problems, life transitions, and spiritual crises. He integrates a number of approaches including CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic, emotion-focused, and mindfulness-based therapies. An experienced mindfulness meditation teacher, he brings many years of meditation and yoga practice to his work as a therapist. Dr. Riddell completed his internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the San Mateo Medical Center, with an emphasis on neuropsychological assessment and health psychology.
