Psychotherapy is a unique process that is fulfilling, yet challenging. Together with compassion, humor, and determination, we will work to identify ways of thinking, behaving and past trauma, that may be currently showing up in your life as emotional pain, self-doubt, isolation, depression, and anxiety. I have a wide array of experience working with diverse populations, including LQBTQ, biracial/people of color, gender non-binary individuals, those with complex PTSD, childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, addictions, codependency and life transitions. I work mostly from Humanistic and person centered approach. approach, and believe that every client has the capacity actualize, heal, and lead a fulfilling life. My style is warm and collaborative, process oriented and interactive. I am not directive. I may integrate some concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory and Mindfulness Meditation. The therapeutic relationship can facilitate removing whatever is not authentic, to facilitate peace and joy in your life. Acceptance, empathy and unconditional positive regard are at the foundation of my work. "The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I change." Carl Rogers
